Dining - Hemingway's Restaurant and Bar - Beachside dining is available from 8 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Enjoy al fresco, casual dining on the deck or open-air patio, virtually steps away from the beach. Island dishes are combined with traditional favorites. Selections range from light fare, gourmet sandwiches and salads to specialty entrées. A decadent dessert menu completes the offering. On Tuesday evenings, Hemingway's hosts Caribbean Night accompanied by live music.
Recreation - Complimentary activities and amenities include non-motorized water sports, tennis, beach-access, fitness facility, and bicycles.
Swimming - The theme of water is reinforced at the resort by 3 free-form pools flowing throughout the central garden courtyard connected by canals.
